Composition of main materials
The Damper is an adhesive and elastichigh-damping material that is composed and formulated with keysubstances such as rubber and other plasma stuff,mixed with auxfill stuff,adhesive stuff,catalysts,anti-age ,etc. While it can beprocessed to dimenisions and specifications in various sizes andtypes,in pads or strips,and in various colors as may be required bythe customer.
Features
The product is stable in all its functionsthat it has good selfsticking performance,non-dryness;resistant toweather,heat,frost,medium and to aging.Non toix,non odorous,noncorrosive,non corrosive ,non invading and transiting,no stimulationto human body skin. While it has excellent dampening and sealingeffects;and good operability that it can keep its original propertyeven after years of use.
Applications
1.It is widely applicable to tube, plateand/or fin components used in air conditioners,refrigerators,etc.sothat vibration and noise reduction, and sound muting can be carriedout.
2.When it is used in free layers of strictlayers in some rubber vibro-reducers, it can increasevibro-reducing effects of such vibro-dampers.
3.when it is in enclosing walls of amechanical vibro-damping body, it can act to reduce thevibration,suppress the noise, and make a muting effect.
Quality characteristics
In order to fit requirements in variousmachine types and structures,we now have,through over 10 years ofR&D work,developed a series of damping products,counting for 10more types and a few hundred of sizes which can satisfy nearly allthe need and requirements to damp vibration and noise in airconditioners and refrigerating equipment,both at home andoverseas.Meanwhile,we are ready to carry out quick development onnew products to meet demand and requirements by customers,accordingto their new types of product.
